Buildings consents continue to rise and rise. Almost 51,000 homes were consented in the year ended September 2022, a seven percent jump from last year. 55 percent of these are for multi unit homes. Master Builders Association National Vice President Johnny Calley told Mike Hosking there is likely to be follow through on them to.
