Questions are being raised over whether interest for the Women's World Cup will remain high now the Football Ferns have been knocked out. The Ferns had a goalless draw with Switzerland in Dunedin last night but needed a win to get through to the last 16. The match was watched by nearly 26 thousand at Forsyth Barr stadium, the largest ever football crowd in the region.
