David Seymour: Act Leader on their Alternative Budget

Thousands of public service roles and even entire departments could be abolished if Act is part of the next government. The party has released its Alternative Budget exclusively on this morning's Mike Hosking Breakfast. Leader David Seymour says Act would reduce the number of tax brackets from five to two -- with lower, flatter taxes.
