The Prime Minister says legitimate concerns have been raised about lobbyists' access to MPs. Private-sector and union reps are losing swipe-card access to Parliament, with the Cabinet Manual also being refreshed. Support is being offered to third-party lobbyists to establish a voluntary code of conduct.
