The Government has announced yet more sanctions against Russia, targeting 51 Russian oligarchs - including Alexander Abramov - and 24 Russian-backed office holders. There are also new bans on exports and imports of luxury goods like New Zealand wine and seafood and Russian vodka and caviar.
