Charlotte is most known her role as part of the Talent Acquisition team at Sony Music! In her role Charlotte is blessed with the opportunity to able to shape the music industry by recruiting new creative professionals into all areas of a major label from Audience Development to Finance. Charlotte has a wealth of experience within music and speaks through her career journey from her time at BIMM University studying Music Production and freelancing in location and studio recordings after graduating.Charlotte began working in recruitment for various industries whilst perusing her love of music through an internship in the promotions team at Hospital Records and later landing her role at Sony Music. Proving that non-music experience counts as well! As a member of Talent Acquisition team, Charlotte has a tonne of advice to share with those beginning their career in the music business.
