All about... Bella Ramsey!

Bella Ramsey is an actress, best known for her role as Lyanna in cult tv show Game of Thrones. But alongside her successful acting career, Bella, who is 16 years old, has suffered with an eating disorder, which she revealed during this week, mental health awareness week, two years ago. When I heard about Bella's story, and read how well she articulated her struggle to her many fans and followers, I knew I had to have her on the podcast. We discussed her battle with anorexia, how the TV and film industry played into it, and how she managed to overcome such a difficult and serious mental illness.  Bella has a lot of insight into her eating disorder and she made a brilliant guest - i think most of us can take something away from this interview.
