Each block is farmed organically and biodynamically.During the tasting James, along with JamesSuckling.com Assistant Editor Claire Nesbitt, discussed with Rebekah and Rodrigo the benefits and recent breakthroughs in biodynamic farming and talked about optical sorting, ageability and more.
