Episode #740In this episode of #TheHabitCoach, Ashdin Doctor is joined by fitness expert Devrath Vijay, better known as NinjaDev. Devrath is an animal flow expert - which is a movement based fitness activity and he shares how we can approach fitness as beginners.Devrath shares that even though the meaning of fitness is very dynamic, for him it's about longevity, mindfulness, and something that keeps you going. He shares that for beginners, it's important to get a professional trainer in the very beginning - even if it's just for 3 sessions since it'll help you get your basics cleared and understanding what works for you and what doesn't. It's important to do what you enjoy first and what's easy and then increase the intensity gradually in small increments. One other important tip that Devrath shares for beginners is to record yourself while working out because it'll firstly give you a lot of feedback on your form, but also you'll be able to compare yourself in a week or two's time and see how and where you've improved. It'll help you track your journey. You can follow our guest Devrath Vijay on his social media:Instagram :https://www.instagram.com/ninja.dev/https://www.instagram.com/sweatyninjas/https://www.instagram.com/academy.of.strength/Check out the Awesome180 website: (http://awesome180.com/ )You can follow Ashdin Doctor on social media:Twitter: ( https://twitter.com/Ashdindoc )Linkedin: ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/ashdin-doctor/ )Instagram: ( https://www.instagram.com/ashdindoc/)Facebook: ( https://www.facebook.com/ashdin.doc.9 )Send questions to Ashdin Doctor for The Habit Coach Hot Seat on this link : (https://forms.gle/13vgf4MAk7zYKBd38 )You can listen to The Habit Coach Kannada Podcast here: (https://ivm.today/3j0Libf )You can listen to this show and other awesome shows on the IVM Podcasts app on Android: https://ivm.today/android or iOS: https://ivm.today/ios, or any other podcast app.
