Fiona has had quite the rollercoaster of a life, from spirituality and OBE’s to rockstar, to hollywood tv, witch to a commercial pilot in the Caribbean delivering food and goods to help people.    We chat about sleep patterns, island life, recovering from Hurricanes and addiciton/alcohol, the dark side of LA, dying with gratitude and awareness, and the greatest strength = compassion and love.
