FPY#26 - Stoicism, a parenting guide with Julien, on the Practical Stoic Podcast with Simon Drew

Introduction Stoicism for me was a lifesaver. I remember that 18 months ago I was drifting in life with no real framework and now I came to realise: no real-life philosophy.  I started to understand that a gratitude journal was good for me, meditation was good for me ...like I was good grabbing at these tools from left right and centre but without an overarching framework. That’s when found… well, my friend helped me find,  this podcast. My friend was Yann and this podcast is the Practical Stoic Podcast with Simon Drew. I started to listen to it every day and really started to learn about stoicism philosophy and the practical tools it gave. I found it was a great parenting guide too!  18  months later I am interviewed, with my friend Yann by Simon! So this is a really special moment and I would like to share that with you.  If you feel you are drifting in life and in your parenthood, this episode will be your lifesaver, I hope!    Join the Future Proof You tribe: Sign up to the newsletter where I go deep in tips for working dads: https://www.julienmarchand.co/ Continue the conversation on this podcast episode in the Future Proof You Tribe,  the Facebook Group.
