In today's episode we talk about the recent headline circulating the internet fear mongering people into believing that choline (found in egg yolks) are causing blood clots. The article:  "Blood clots: Nutrient found in eggs linked to an enhanced risk of blood clotting - study" claimed "Researchers found that consuming the nutrient in high concentrations could lead to cause clotting." However, this was very misleading, so we fact checked it and share our thoughts on these types of headlines.
