In this episode we share some of the common side effects that come with stopping hormonal birth control.  We also discuss a few things you can do to support your body as you prepare to come off of the birth control.  If you haven’t already, go back and listen to the series as we cover all things related to our menstrual cycles and information that is not commonly provided by Doctors.
