Too many of us put too much pressure on ourselves to be perfect and you aren't actually listening to our bodies. I’m inspired to share on this topic with you for three reasons: 1). My most recent research in France reawakened truths in me 2). We’re going deep on this topic the entire month in the COC 3). Listener requests around this subject never stop coming in So, some general thoughts to help you take the pressure off yourself so that you can approach your relationship with food with more confidence and fun: Stop moralizing food. THE GRATITUDE TRICK FOR DIETING Turn your guilt into gratitude. Thank your body for the messages it is sending you. -I used to beat myself up over tummy aches and bad dreams; then I transitioned to thank myself for reminding me that it doesn’t feel good to go to bed with a full tummy -I used to beat myself up over wanting to treat myself to something because ...
