LISTENER OF THE EPISODE: Hi Trish, I’ve discovered your podcasts about 3 months ago and I really love listening to them. I think you are doing an amazing job and I feel so identified in the younger you. I am 21 and I rationally know I have an amazing life. I am attending the University of my dreams, I am healthy and I have a great and supportive family. Yet, I cant be happy and enjoy it because I am (and edpecially feel) fat. Ive been having food issues and low self esteem for 3 years now and I would really love to beat this and just be happy. I was wondering if you could make some more podcasts about loving yourself...
