Foundational habits are the framework habits that lay the cornerstone of your subconscious existence. Over 80% of what we do on a day to day basis is done on autopilot, so those who live with great confidence simply do so because they have established auto-piloted habits that promote and sustain confidence. You can do the same. WHAT IS CONFIDENCE AND WHY FOCUS SO INTENTLY ON LEVERAGING IT IN YOUR LIFE? Confidence is the courage to show up as your full self each and every day and to live life to the fullest. THE HABIT OF TRAINING YOUR MIND AND REWRITING YOUR THOUGHTS It’s a process, a daily activity you engage in throughout the day. Identify which thoughts serve you and which ones don’t. Know that you have the power of choice and thought. Believe that you are growing each day more into your best self Habits of mantras, journaling, speaking truth out-loud, being generous with your words of life and encouragement – the habit of taking time to think about something before letting it become real THE HABIT OF BEING RELENTLESSLY OPTIMISTIC Relentless positivity is a belief system. Believe that your best is yet to come – look forward to each year and each season. Free yourself from living in the past or being fearful of the future Establish a baseline of self-efficacy and confidence about the challenges that inevitably lie ahead and know that you will be strong and capable enough to handle them. THE HABIT OF BEING AN ACTION TAKER Cultivate consistent action to prevent yourself from analysis by paralysis, from procrastination or from playing small in life. Take action for yourself AND take action for others. Action begets more action and sets things off … you will see more results and therein benefit with a wave of natural confidence that will take over and move you forward even further.
