We need more voices to join up on our mission. If you want to put your passion to purpose while being generously compensated, then I would love to start a conversation with you about what it means to be involved in the #saferbeauty tribe that is Beautycounter. What would happen to you —- physically, emotionally, and professionally? I woke up with this question on my mind as I pulled myself out of bed at 6:00am for my obligatory morning run.  I have to get up, I thought to myself, I have to run.  I then pressed my snooze button for an hour, because nobody wants to do what they have to do. After I started jogging at 7am, I smiled.  I love running.  I especially love running in the crisp morning air.  Running is a blessing, it is a gift, it is an honor.  I get to run. I get to run in a safe, beautiful neighborhood where everyone waves good morning to me. Everyday, I get to exercise.  I get to go to work.  I get to learn through bad days, and I get to rejoice in good days.  Because I am blessed, I get the opportunity to go to the doctor when needed, grocery store whenever I want, and I get to pay my bills on time. Change every have to into a get to and your life will turn around in ways you never dreamed possible, for we are exceedingly blessed beyond our knowledge. HOW I USED THIS STRATEGY IN A LIFE-THREATENING SITUATION -Get to have my baby early – Dr. Walls positioning of the situation … “worse case scenario, we’re having a birthday party today!” God gifted me with Dr. Walls’ attitude. -Get to skip a few weeks of pregnancy, get to hold my baby in my arms -Get to have life-saving medicine to keep me from seizures > didn’t get to hold my son immediately but because of the other thing I got to get, I was able to eventually get that too -Get to experience the outpouring support and expertise of the NICU world -Get to learn a new type of parenting -Get to learn how to adapt to an unexpected situation -Get to practice fighting fear, worry, anxiety about having a four pound baby -Get to have trust in God in a new level THE POWER OF INTERNAL LANGUAGE AND HOW TO BE AWARE OF YOURS Your internal language dictates your life. HOW TO BE AWARE  Be aware of yours by paying attention to your thoughts.
