005 Dave Kibby

Recording this one was a lot of fun! Dave and I have developed a beautifully honest friendship since connecting at the start of this year. In this episode, he shares very honestly about his journey this year, how he handled some times of despair and has come out the other side energised and in love with what he is doing. And he’s doing some amazing things. Dave is an executive coach currently coaching a number of CEOs of big multi-national companies. He spent twenty years of his previous life in two careers, as a school teacher and then in to business where he became CEO fo a small, privately owned PLC that became hugely successful on Dave’s arrival after many previous years of stagnation.  During this time, Dave learnt the art of using professional honesty to change the performance of others and he hasn’t looked back.
