And that this wants to come through me.” [15:00] Consciousness & Awareness This lightbulb moment of “I am so much more than I think I am” “My perception was such a very skewed, limited, small perception of the vast, expansive, true definition of who I am at my core at my deepest essence.” “It opened another window of spirituality for me in terms of how I feel about death, and also the urgency of creating the life that you want.” [21:00] Fear  “If you don't challenge your fears, as they come up, you're going to carry them with you.” “You have to be able to change the way you view your life and the way you view your day and not fear the unknown, but in fact, embrace it because that's where true freedom lies.” “I’d rather have the pain of discipline, than the pain of regret.” “Fear defaults us into negative thinking” [30:00] Overcoming Fears “Fear is not an option because when fear is no longer an option and you tell yourself that you're going to look for other viable other options.” “When you see life as things that happen to you, rather than through you, you're going to live a very different life..” “Fear is one of the emotions that we have, so it will always be there. What changes is its intensity, and the duration.” “You can also transform it and it can no longer be a fear.” “There's healthy fear, there's real fear, and there's a logical fear” [42:00] Dealing With Difficult Situations “Appreciation and gratitude for just being.” “Understand that life is going to happen to all of us.” “We all go through hard times, but it's through that darkness..
