Omid is the president and founder of The Positive Movement Foundation, a San Diego based 501c3 created to support at risk and underserved children. The foundations goals are to ensure that all children have access to school supplies, computers, tutoring, mentoring, and overall support that they need in order to succeed. He is also the co-founder of Five Marketing & Management aka Five Group. Five Group is a San Diego based company tailored to the hospitality, nightlife & festival space. Over the last 5 years Omid & his team have produced 15+ mini festivals of 3K-8000 attendees including concepts like Barks & Brews Fest, Horizon Music, Bayked Music Festival amongst others. Five Group also works with 3-5 charities each year in collaboration with their festivals to not only raise money through a donation of a portion of each event's proceeds but also to bring awareness of the causes to their patrons and to encourage engagement and volunteering. In addition, Omid consults individuals and businesses in a variety of areas including strategic planning, goal setting and SOP’s as well as culture development and emotional intelligence training.
