26: Maintaining Weight Loss with God’s Help

Today on the Christian Habits Podcast, I’m excited to have Terry Tignor with us once again! This is a two part interview (in one episode), so when it sounds like it’s the end of the interview, keep listening because we’ll continue  on in a conversation that took place almost a month after the first conversation you’ll be hearing. I first interviewed Terry in episode 3 of the podcast about how God helped her lose 140 pounds. It’s been over two years since that first interview so I thought I’d check up with Terry and see how she’s doing with maintaining weight loss. I collected questions from those of you in the Taste for Truth Facebook Support Group and asked them to Terry. If you struggle with weight loss, this will be an encouraging interview.
