Do you find yourself depleted at the end of the day? Maybe you are like me and hit that 3pm energy slump.  We as moms often put ourselves and our needs at the end of the to do list.  We race around during the day taking care of the needs of our children, our spouse, our business, our home, and all the things.  But we forget to slow down and take care of ourselves.  When we stop and take care of ourselves we often feel a bit guilt or anxious, but it is worth the investment.  If we can sprinkle in some self care throughout our day we will be happier and more joyful.  By pouring into ourselves we will have the capacity to pour into our family and all the other things.  Grab a notebook, a pen, and pop in those earbuds.  It's time to care for you!   I pray this blesses you!  Michelle  PS.
