Avoid negative feedback; instead, focus on understanding and empathizing with the other person. Negative criticism can push people away and make them defensive, hindering open and effective communication. Give honest and sincere appreciation. Genuine compliments and praise can foster good relationships. Being appreciated and recognized can inspire positive feelings and a willingness to engage further. Arouse in the other person an eager want. Understand others' desires and show them how they can achieve what they want. This approach allows us to align our requests or expectations with the personal interests and motivations of the other person, which will make them more enthusiastic about what we propose.
