What You Deserve

When people do evil to others and then experience consequences, we say, "You got what you deserved!" And it's true that evil deserves to be punished. But while that is true, it should be remembered that left to ourselves, all humanity would deserve God's wrath and judgment, and it is only by God's grace that we are shown mercy and forgiveness.
