The Founder & Perfecter of Our Faith

With all the laws God put in place to keep the people from coming to near his holy presence, you would wonder whether a close personal relationship could be possible for sinful people, like you and me. But in Hebrews 12, we read that Jesus is the pioneer or founder and the perfecter of faith that joins sinful people to a holy God because Jesus has achieved a new holiness for them and has taken the judgment in their place.
