Called to Serve

God calls people to follow him and serve him because he is not only their maker and sustainer, he is also the one who is gracious and merciful. But serving God does cost you. It means being willing to serve God and serve others, to resist making yourself the most important person in your life and to look to Jesus who came to serve by giving his life as a ransom for many.
