Betrayal

One of the most painful experiences of life is to be betrayed by someone close to you. Joseph and Jesus are betrayed in our passages today by those closest to them. Jesus knew this would happen and didn't stop it because he knew this was part of the suffering he had to go through to forgive those kinds of sin too, showing incredible grace and mercy.
