Can you treat your stay-at-home wife and the mom of your kids like an actual employee? He wants to treat his unmotivated wife, who's a stay-at-home mom, wife like an employee. She's no super motivated at getting stuff done - she looks after their kids just fine, but doesn't do laundry, dishes, cooking, no cleaning - nothing. It's all on him when he gets home. He's not against also taking on his share of those things, but feels like it's unfair that he works full time and has the entire load on his shoulders. So, he wants to split the work with her and give her tasks she has to complete daily, deadlines, incentives (like a weekend getaway if certain things get done early), etc. It may not be a bad idea in theory, but for a marriage...does it sounds like a disaster?
