In Sport (season 4 episode 6)

The Beloved podcast - A podcast by Iffa

In this episode of season 4, Iffa is joined by Morgan and Anna, to discuss being people of faith in the world of Sports. Anna referred to Psalm 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. She also mentioned Pope Francis briefly and his quote/s on vocation: "as Christians, we do not only receive a vocation individually; we are also called together. We are like the tiles of a mosaic. Each is lovely in itself, but only when they are put together so they form a picture" and "It is about making God's dream come true.” Morgan referred to a quote by St Catherine of Siena "Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire." Are you able to be authentically a woman in your workplace or social spaces? Does your faith form part of this? Are you comfortable and ready to respond to people’s curiosity about your faith? Do you find ways to connect with God in places other than church, such as in nature, in other people, in work and the chaos of life? Do you have a story to tell about how you live your faith in the places where you spend your time? Or is there an area that you feel would be great to have an episode focussing on? We would love to hear from you! Please send any feedback or questions to [email protected].
