Why We Should Forgive

Hey friends! On today's episode we tackle the topic on forgiveness again. This time we are in Matthew 19. Jesus gives us a parable about a master and a servant. How the servant owes a huge debt and how the master shows huge grace and compassion to forgive the debt. But then the servant goes and is unforgiving of a friend's debt to him. -- This parable is an example of our huge debt we cannot pay back to God due to our sins. And yet His mercy is just lavished on us and our slates are wiped clean through Jesus Christ. And yet we don't hesitate to hold a grudge against another who has hurt us. Yes, the hurt was real. Yes, they don't have to be in your life.
