I wanted to make sure I titled this podcast correctly, focusing on growing our confidence and not how we are lacking confidence. Our thoughts are so powerful and we can easily allow them to take full control of us to the point we don’t even recognize we have lost control of them. We can easily focus on how much confidence we are lacking or missing and only entertaining the negative option as our only option. In today's podcast, I am going to challenge you to see your CHOICES when it comes to confidence! Yes, you have the capacity to CHOOSE which outlook you are going to take today!
