Bonus Episode! Mindset Reset - Rest, sister.

Ahhh! Who doesn't extra episodes during the week?Be extra, like guac. That's my life motto. God prompted me to do a quick bonus episode this week over something He had to remind me of yesterday...REST, SISTER. Yesterday, I allowed my mind to get overwhelmed. Kids + work + to-do lists + negativity on social media = a very impatient, frustrated Valarie. And I was not liking the person I was being. Then, God reminded me of a crucial verse in Luke about how even Jesus rested. He would have to go away to lonely places to rest. And if Jesus had to do it, then we need to do it too. So I encourage you today to be spiritual aware. Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed and that is overflowing into your day? Breathe and rest in His presence today.
