It's important to revisit this to ensure where we are heading, still aligns with what we want. How many times do you set yourself a goal to then never re-visit, edit or even delete it? If your perspective or ideal of balance shifts, then your goals need to be re-jigged as well. We can't be too protective or fixed with something we wrote in the past. Join me as we reassess your balance right now, look at how you might want that to be different and as a result, how that impacts goals you may have set for yourself.
