My name is Betsy pake. I’m an author, a speaker, and a trainer of NLP and hypnotherapy. And I’m focused on helping you understand and design your life with the power of the subconscious. This podcast is designed to help you think differently about what could be possible for your life. Now, let’s go live big. Hi, everybody. Hi, welcome to the show today. Welcome to the Art of Living big. My name is Betsy pake, if you’re new here, thanks so much for being here. So I’ve been thinking that I need to explain a little bit more about deep streaming. So it’s two years, like almost to the day that I’m recording this, that I started sending out text messages. Now, if you live in the United States, you can get on that list. It’s like a free text list. And you know, those automated ones that people do. And so what it is, is, every morning, I do my deep streaming, which I will explain in a second. And then I find like a nugget in that that I think could help you. And I texted out and I only text out lately, I feel like it’s been a lot more, which that’s a whole story. But but typically it’s like two to three times a week. So it’s not like a ton and you can opt out anytime it’s free. Okay? Now, if you, if you text me back, I do get it. So even though it’s like automated, it’s still me, there’s no bot that’s running it. It’s just automated in that it’s a way for me to not like, you know, to send out a kajillion texts all at once to a group of people, you know what I’m saying? So, so about two years ago, I started sending out these texts. And somebody recently was like, so what is it that you text? And I said, Well, it’s like a message from my deep streaming. And they let reply. They were like, Yeah, I’m like, none of what you just said, is sounds familiar to me other than the word text. So I thought, You know what, maybe it’s time that I do a whole episode where I can just describe this. Because I think this is different than what maybe you might be thinking or that maybe you’ve been exposed to before. About maybe 12 years ago, I started getting up really early every morning, so that I would have alone time to, you know, work on myself to read, you know, the journal, just like any kind of self discovery. And really, at that time, I was a coach. But I was working at noon based on nutrition. So I owned a CrossFit gym, I was working, basically on nutrition with athletes. And I knew that that wasn’t like my calling. There’s nothing wrong with that. I mean, that’s amazing. And some people are really good at it. I just felt like there was something different for me. And in a way that felt like there’s something more but I didn’t really know what that would be, you know, and this was really something that was like tugging at me where I was like, I don’t know, like, I’m not I don’t know. And, you know, I had been in corporate America for like 20 years. And I had been in sales and I was highly, highly successful in that field. And I really liked it. Like I had a lot of fun in sales. And I always liked my bosses and I always liked people I worked with and the customers that I had like it all of it was really good. And I had felt like there was something more you know, and when I opened up the CrossFit gym, I was still working my corporate job and and I,...
