My name is Betsy pake. I’m an author, a speaker and a trainer of NLP and hypnotherapy. And I’m focused on helping you understand and design your life with the power of the subconscious. This podcast is designed to help you think differently about what could be possible for your life. Now, let’s go live big Hello, everyone. Hi fellow adventurers. Welcome to the show today. I have a guest today and I’m I’m so excited. I’m so excited. I feel like I’m a little giddy. Don’t you think I am. Right. We’ve been chatting and I’m like so excited. So I want you to meet my friend Adelina east. Hi, Adelina. Hi, thank you so much for having me, Betsy, I’m excited to have you here. Because I feel like, well, I completely stocked your Instagram. I feel like we’re about to be best friends. And and I want to, I want you to tell everybody a little bit about yourself, and what you do, and then people will know why I’m so excited. Okay, so my name is Adelina East. And I created a transformational healing process. And I trademarked it actually, my background is in neuroscience research and in counseling, I worked for the United Nations and for lots of different humanitarian aid organizations. And so I started to do a lot of work on myself, I went through a a period of chronic pain and really debilitating illness. And through that process, I created transformational healing. And what the process is, is a combination of neuroscience and counseling. So we use certain neuroscience back techniques to rewrite over old memories that are traumatizing. And then I also work with spirit guides. And so the spirit guides send through certain tones and hand positions for us to use in order to really let go of that old traumatic memory and welcome in the new one. I love it. Now everybody’s like, Oh, I get it, why she’s so excited. Okay, so this is really cool. So talk to me a little bit about your process, like, tell me, actually, here’s where I want to start, I want to talk about you being in chronic pain. And the reason I want to talk about that is because I think so many times those of us and people that are listening probably have done this too, or they are in it right now. Where something awful is happening. And we think this is awful. Yeah. But the truth is, is that my belief is that everything is working for us. We might not see it when we’re in the middle of it. But in your instance,
