12. The Akashic Records With Sofia Araya

On this week’s episode we welcome the lovely Sofia Araya, spiritual coach, healer, and akashic records reader. We discuss Sofia’s spiritual awakening, the journey that has led her to this work, and more about the work she does. We dive deep into what the akashic records are, what we can learn from entering the records, and how you can access them on your own. Both Jessica and Ali offer their own perspectives and experiences with entering the records more over the last few months, and shed light on the healing and insight they’ve gained through this journey.
