Today's guest is an example for me of running the race and not grow weary - from preaching his first sermon at age thirteen, then, later on, attending Dallas Christian College, becoming a pastor at 21, it's only fair to say that Derrick responded to God's calling of being in the ministry at a very young age. And not just starting, but years later still being faithful in that. In this episode, he's sharing with us his journey of saying yes to God and a few thoughts of encouragement when it comes to the challenge of giving up.
