Meet Chris Dier, a teacher of World History and AP Human Geography at Chalmette High School in St. Bernard’s Parish, Louisiana. A Louisiana native, Chris was uprooted by Hurricane Katrina in his senior year of high school, but eventually returned to earn two Master’s degrees from the University of New Orleans.
