Monica Fitzgerald teaches reading to vulnerable 7th graders in Syracuse, New York. She has taught in the North Syracuse Central School District for 24 years and has experience working as a classroom teacher for grades K–3, a Reading Recovery Teacher, a Reading Teacher for grades K–7, and a Literacy Coordinator.
