With November being Men's Mental Health Awareness month, Morgan was reminded the lack of resources and information out there for men wanting to seek help or even go to therapy. She brought on Dr. Audra to share her expertise working with men and why it's so hard for men to seek (or find) therapy. Plus, they talked about men finding emotional vulnerability and why dating today is hard for both women AND men.
