Martin Rauhaus war als Aufnahmeleiter und Regieassistent tätig und ist heutzutage Drehbuchautor für Kino- und Fernsehfilme. Er schrieb als Co-Autor "Long Hello and Short Goodbye" und "Welcome Home". Im Jahr 2006 kam sein Film "Winterreise" in die Kinos. Für Sat1 schrieb er mehrere TV-Movies u.a. "Die Luftbrücke".
