Rightly Adopted Identity

Standing In Faith - A podcast by FellowshipCast - Thursdays

In this episode we continue talking about standing with focus on righteousness as being rightly related with God, having been justified in faith or just as though I’ve never sinned, I am now at peace being excepted by God. Gods grace draws us to him enabling our belief, the breastplate guards our hearts (relationships) against the ‘sweat’ of law (works) and religion (rules). The conversation continues with performance opposing the freedom of truth about righteousness. Righteousness introduces a spirit of adoption, being accepted and belonging because of the righteousness of Jesus you are a son/daughter of the Most High God. The discussion moves to how the realization of your identity in the righteousness of Jesus empowers your authority. We continue to explain condemnation is not truth, it is not God, and you cannot lose your righteousness in Christ.
