karma, confessionals, & bad trips

Happy Tuesday!! We have a stacked episode today and one of my favorite segments that we do, I take you guys to church as I read off allllllll your confessionals. From love and karma, the 12 laws of karma, saying No, making bad decisions (sex, friends, cars, money, love) learning from it, growing from fear, bad trips and what to avoid, making it through loss and so so so so so much more. This has been such a fun episode and I loved going through all the confessionals with you guys, purging and understanding we all make mistakes and sometimes the only thing you can do is look back and laugh.
