Historically, a shaman was the designated healer in ancient communities, that would look after the community members' health and that is an important component of my work. ⁣The majority of the clients that I Journey for as a shaman have medical issues. In my shamanic practice, I have seen countless clients heal from disease after a shamanic journey.  Many of my clients had tried different traditional healing approaches in the realm of Western medicine, before deciding to do a shamanic journey. So why does shamanism work where western medicine falls short? That is the question that I answer in this episode. This episode explains what allopathic medicine is as well as what homeopathic and holistic medicine are. I explain how western medicine is different from energetic healing modalities and what the difference is between the two. I discuss the benefits and risks of allopathic and Western medicine and why, and how, shamanism works to heal illness. I share my own experience of healing an "incurable" illness through Journeying as well as many different "mystery diseases" in my clients. The purpose of this episode is to create awareness around different healing approaches and how they can complement each other so that you can make an informed decision about how to improve and maintain your own health.
