Saying no has been a hard thing for us with no boundaries to say. Even in the bible God creates boundaries for his love for us. It comes with following the commands and his laws. Just as the father has boundaries its okay for us to create them for ourselves as well. We have been taught to share everything with everyone, including time, money, things, love and even our temples to people who dont deserve it all because the lack of love we have for ourselves.
