Saving Grace - A podcast by Grace School of Theology

Teenagers play a vital role in our lives, whether they are members of our own families or the offspring of our closest friends. Yet, we have all been affected by the heart-wrenching accounts of depression and the ensuing struggles, which cast a shadow that sometimes leads to the unfathomable. As a community, we aspire to make a meaningful difference in these young souls’ lives. Today, our souls unite as we seek to provide parents with a deeper understanding of these issues’ root causes. Our shared mission is to equip them with prevention tools, drawing from both the source of God’s word and the professional counseling expertise. In our collective effort, we hope to cast light on the maze of adolescent emotions, illuminating a path to comprehension. We hope to provide parents with actionable insights from God’s Word that can serve as pillars of strength during these difficult times. In addition, we are privileged to be accompanied by a seasoned professional counselor who will contribute invaluable practical strategies for fostering resilience and well-being among adolescents. May the dialogues we have today not only shed light on the complexities of this issue, but also provide hope and inspiration. As a compassionate community, we are committed to standing by our youth, uplifting them, and guiding their healing and growth. Together, let’s embark on this voyage of awareness, prevention, and optimism in the belief that our combined efforts can create a brighter future for the young souls who grace our lives.
