#106: Loss vs. Gain

Saving Grace - A podcast by Grace School of Theology

(Guest: Mark Rae) Have you ever gone through the painful experience of loss? Either personal loss or material loss? Loss of this magnitude can break us and leave us shattered but God meets us in the middle of this loss and can put the pieces back together. In fact, God provides abundantly and magnificently in the midst of loss if we will look for Him. Mark Rae shares with us today that God provides a Person – His Son; a Process – to see His healing in loss; a Place – the hope of eternity; Perspective – that only comes from loss; Purpose – richness in life now and in eternity; and Perfection – God provides exactly what you need in times of loss. God gives us above and beyond especially in times of loss. Are we open handed to receive His gifts or are we closefisted to His goodness for us? Let’s listen as Mark shares with us about loss and what we can gain in these difficult times.
