What to Expect on a Sunday in the Mormon Church

Saints Unscripted - A podcast by Saints Unscripted

Every wonder what it's like inside a Mormon church on a Sunday?  Kwaku and Ian talk about what to expect on a Sunday. They begin by sharing what it is like to actually walk into a Mormon church. The first thing to expect is being greeted by a member of the church who will be handing out programs that will outline a general schedule for the meeting that day. There are three different meetings on a Sunday and each of them last for an hour. Families will be there so you can expect to see kids running around and babies crying during a meeting.  Hymns are sung during the first meeting, the sacrament meeting, by the congregation. The bishopric presides over the each meeting and are similar to clergy with the the exception that they receive no compensation. Any questions or comments?
