Hari Simran attended school in India, completing her high school education there, and was trained in yoga and Ayurveda. She earned her Kundalini Yoga teaching certificate at 17, and has been teaching ever since. After receiving a bachelors degree in international business, she earned a post-graduate degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from the California College of Ayurveda. Her work with yoga practitioners and clients incorporates the principles of these powerful, ancient health sciences. For over a decade Hari Simran has brought ancient teachings and technology to modern health and life issues, using Ayurvedic medicine and Kundalini Yoga as tools to support self-healing and happiness. In this episode, we traverse Hari's unique life path and calling, as well as dive into the wonderful world of Ayruvedic medicine.
