Getting honest feedback from trusted friends on your top gifts boosts confidence by confirming talents you doubt. It's important to focus on innate drivers rather than skills by embracing what motivates your spirit naturally over forced tasks. Apply your gifts daily through meaningful roles fully expressing who you are for true fulfillment.
